well...Nashville was first called Nashvegas on August 1, 1775. The city was still young and trying to establish its place in this fine fine nation (the best one in the world- some would even say the only one in the world). Many people will try to tell you that Nashvegas was a cheap impersonation of Las Vegas, but it simply isn't true. The founder of Nashville, Senor Nash Lopez Vega and his brother Senor Ville Lopez Jose Vega were responsible for this little name mix up. When filling out the birth certificate for this fine city, Nash shared the responsibility with Ville and some papers ended up saying "Nashville" (those are the ones Ville filled out) while others said Nashvegas (Nash). The townfolk became so confused that both names just stuck. While some have forgotten the true spirit of this inspirational story, there are those of us who were left to carry on the tradition of Nash Lopez Vega. Por favor, pass on the true story so that it will not die! I hope you enjoyed el tiempo de Nashvega!

He guys, we miss you! Enjoyed your pictures! It is great that you are having a great time. It is great to see old friends and that time does not cool down the relationship. Also great to see Bill and Snookie Dixon looking so well.
Tomorrow morning we are off to Rhodos again for one week. Looking very much forward to summer weather and swimming. Here it is now cold (10 degrees) so it will be a shock when we come back.
Little Felix ist wonderful!!
Love you Mum and Dad
